Cancellation Policy

Screening Information & Policies Preliminary Report: After your screening, you will receive a preliminary report summarizing the findings. If abnormalities are detected, you will be advised to follow up with your physician. Please note this is not a final diagnosis but a screening tool to help identify potential concerns early. Arrival Time: Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled screening to allow time for check-in. Refund & Rescheduling Policy: 1. Refunds are not available. 2. Same-day cancellations or no-shows will result in forfeiture of your appointment, with no credit issued. Identification Requirement: Bring your registration receipt as proof of appointment. This will be used to verify your registration upon arrival. Privacy & Confidentiality: 1. No date of birth or social security information will be collected. 2. Only an email address is required to share reports/results if necessary. All personal information and results are handled with strict confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA guidelines. Health & Safety: If you are feeling unwell, please contact us to reschedule. This ensures the safety and comfort of all participants and staff. Late Arrivals: Arriving more than 10 minutes past your appointment may result in rescheduling or forfeiture of your appointment, depending on availability. Dress Code: Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing to allow easy access for screening. Results & Follow-Up: Screening results will be shared on the same day. If follow-up is recommended, our team will guide you on the next steps.
