Service Description
Join us for a comprehensive vascular screening to assess and strengthen your vascular wellness. You will receive a carotid duplex scan, an abdominal aortic scan, and an ankle-brachial index (ABI) check. These tests assess critical areas of vascular health, helping you detect early signs of any potential issues and take proactive steps toward maintaining a healthy circulatory system.

Cancellation Policy
Please Note: After your screening, you will receive a preliminary report summarizing the findings. If any abnormalities are detected, we will advise you to follow up with your physician for further evaluation and management. This report is not a final diagnosis, but a screening tool to help identify potential concerns early. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Arrival Time Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled screening to allow time for check-in. Refund and Rescheduling Policy Refunds are not available; however, a credit can be applied toward the next vascular screening. If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment to qualify for a credit. Cancellations on the day of the screening or failure to show up will result in the forfeiture of your appointment, and no store credit will be issued. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Identification Requirement Please bring your registration receipt as proof of your appointment. This will be used to verify your registration upon arrival. Privacy and Confidentiality We prioritize your privacy and confidentiality. No date of birth or social security information will be collected. We only require an email address for sharing reports or results if necessary. All personal information and screening results will be handled with strict confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA guidelines. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Health and Safety Measures If you are feeling unwell, please contact us to reschedule. This ensures the safety and comfort of all participants and staff. Late Arrivals Late arrivals may be subject to rescheduling depending on availability. If you arrive more than 10 minutes past your scheduled time, your appointment may be forfeited. Dress Code Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing to allow easy access for the screening procedures. Results and Follow-Up Screening results will be shared with you on the same day as your screening. If any follow-up is recommended, our team will guide you on the next steps.
